Borla Performance has announced its new, stylish Black Chrome Exhaust Tips are now available for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT (Part No. 140589BC) and the 2014-16 GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado (Part No. 140576BC). These Cat-Back exhaust systems with Black Chrome Tips provide more styling options, while still delivering the aggressive exhaust notes and performance improvements found in all Borla exhaust systems.
The Black Chrome Tips are made from the same premium aircraft-quality, T304 austenitic stainless steel as their bright chrome tips, and are designed to offer the same long-lasting durability as all of Borla’s exhaust products. In 2016, Borla will be expanding its Black Chrome exhaust tip options to several different car and truck platforms, giving customers even more options with the look and sound of their Borla exhaust system.
Borla’s Black Chrome Exhaust Tips are also available separately as a weld-on application for current Borla systems with a 2 ¾ inch pipe diameter (Part No. 20162). In addition, Borla has designed two Square Rolled Black Chrome Tips specifically for Jeep Wranglers. Available is a 2 ¼-inch inlet, clamp-on tip (Part No. 20161) for the 2012-2014 Jeep Wrangler equipped with a Borla Cat-Back exhaust or rear section and a 2-inch clamp-on tip (Part No. 20160) for the Borla Split Rear Exit Cat-Back exhaust or rear section.
All of Borla’s exhaust systems are made in the USA of aerospace-grade, T-304 stainless steel which provides lasting durability against rust and corrosion. The systems are designed in Borla’s Oxnard, California Research and Development facility and built in their 320,000 sq. ft. production facility in Johnson City, Tennessee.
