Superchargers Online, a leading distributor of superchargers and superchargers parts, has announced its new LSA Performance Inlet.  Built using brand new EATON factory parts, this performance inlet is a direct bolt-on upgrade for the Chevrolet Camaro ZL-1 and Cadillac CTS-V, and is available with two different size ZPE/SCOL GripTec performance pulleys.

The LSA engine was one of General Motors’ first factory supercharged V8 engines, and when it hit the streets in 2008 under the hood of the Cadillac CTS-V, it didn’t take tuners long to start trying to extract more power. Until now, increasing the boost output from the LSA’s EATON TVS1900 supercharger meant using a hydraulic press to remove the factory pulley and then either press on a new pulley or a hub that can accept bolt-on pulleys. Now, Superchargers Online has taken the work out of the LSA pulley upgrade with its new bolt-on LSA Performance Inlet.

Superchargers Online’s LSA Performance Inlet is built using brand new EATON factory parts including a new inlet casting, new bearings, and a new bypass actuator. Increased boost comes by way of the preinstalled ZPE/SCOL GripTec pulley which features ZPE’s patented micro machining process for increased friction between the pulley and drive belt to reduce slippage. Multiple pulley options are also available to allow owners to match the boost increase to a variety of engine upgrades – from 2.55-inches down to 2.38-inches for up to a 5psi gain.

The LSA Performance Inlet is a direct bolt-on upgrade for the 2009-2013 Cadillac CTS-V, the 2012-2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL-1, and the Chevrolet Performance LSA crate engine. It will require recalibration of the ECU. Made in the USA and backed by a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects, the inlet comes with all parts necessary for a complete installation, including new mounting hardware, a new EATON Solid Isolator, and RTV sealant. The LSA Performance Inlet is not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles.
